Youth Activities

The Lifestyle Center is home to many activities geared specifically for children and families. Membership is not always required. For more information on any of these programs, call the Activities Coordinator at
624-3416. All program registration is completed through the Customer Service office.

TLC Kidz Klub

Enroll your kids today for our widely popular after school Kidz Klub! Each week (Monday-Thursday), your kids will enjoy a variety of fun activities, sports, Rockwall climbing and swimming! Each class holds a new adventure for all kids ages 5 to 12 years old. This program is FREE for kid members, $5 per day for guests or $15 per week.

Kid's Karate

Kids karate teaches kids ages 5 and up fundamental self-defense techniques in a game oriented atmosphere. The class meets the second and fourth Thursday from 5:30-6:30pm in Aerobic Room B. Free for Kids on Family Memberships, $5 per class for Non-Members.

Kid's Camps

Week long camps offered throughout the summer and during spring and winter breaks. Camps are available for kids ages 5-12. Pre-registration required. Call the Activities Office at The Lifestyle Center for more information.

Junior Jiu-Jitsu

Junior Jiu-Jitsu teaches children and teens, ages 5 to 15 years old, the basic fundamental techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The class is held every Saturday from 11:30am - 12:30pm and the first and third Thursday from 5:30pm. - 6:30pm and focuses is on improving balance, flexibility, coordination and cardiovascular capacity in a game oriented environment.

FREE for kid members, $5 per class for guests.

Tots in Training Program

A 6-week introductory program (for kids ages 2-4 years old) that will help your child develop basic motor skills and coordination while interacting with peers. Group activities and fitness stations will be utilized to give your child the opportunity to explore movement, balance and coordination. This program will provide the foundation for sport skills development and a lifetime of fitness.

Meets Saturday mornings – Start dates vary.
Cost: Early registration: $30 Members/$45 Non-Members
Late registration: $35 Members/$50 Non-Members

Kid's Night Out

Parents, take this opportunity to make it a date night out or a relaxing evening at home! Let your kids (ages 5-12) join us for a night of exciting games, swimming and fun topped off with dinner and a movie!

5:00-8:30pm, 3rd Friday of every month

Early Registration: $10 Members/$15 Non-Members
Day of the Event: $15 Members/$20 Non-Members

Friday Night Fun! (First Friday of every month)

A fun-filled night (for kids ages 5-12*) of Rockwall climbing, sportwall games, interactive sports and dance games, indoor swimming and a snack.

5:30pm-8:00pm, 1st Friday of every month
Space is limited.

Early Registration: $10 Members/$15 Non-Members
Day of the Event: $15 Members/$20 Non-Members

*Child must weigh at least 30 pounds to climb the Rockwall.

Kids Climbing Club

An opportunity for kids ages 5-12* to climb the Rockwall in a fun and safe environment. Every Thursday from 5:30-6:30pm, kids will learn climbing and safety techniques under staff supervision. This program is FREE for kid members or $5 for non-members. Space is limited. Pre-registration is required. Call the customer service office to reserve your spot.
