Lap Swimming

No matter where you find yourself on the fitness scale, lap swimming is an outstanding way to increase your cardiovascular endurance without causing much impact to the joints. Few exercises can provide the level of fitness gained by swimming. Our aquatic center offers stroke technique instruction as well to help you get the most out of your workout.

The Kaweah Health Lifestyle Fitness Center offers group exercise classes in our aquatic center that vary in intensity levels to ensure each member gets a workout best suited for their fitness level.

Water Therapy

Joint fatigue and chronic pain can prevent many people from reaching their fitness goals. People suffering from conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, joint replacement recovery can benefit greatly from use of our warm water therapy pool and aquatic classes such as those offered at our Visalia fitness center.

Exercise in our warm water therapy pool during Open Aquatic Therapy to reach your fitness goals at your own pace. These specified hours are designed to help those recovering from injuries or suffering from chronic conditions.
