Learn to Take Your Life Back from Tobacco

Ready to quit smoking for good? The Lifestyle Center offers a free seven-week course to help community members kick their tobacco habit. Our Quit It! program offers helpful suggestions to help people learn the various techniques and behaviors to be successful as they try to quit smoking.

Program Schedule

The Quit It! program takes place every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m., with each series beginning the first Wednesday of every other month (January, March, May, July, September, and November).
